The Foundation

The Work

Family Constellations are based on the understanding that many struggles do not belong solely to the individual. Repetitive relationship patterns, emotional burdens, conflicts, symptoms, and blocks often emerge within larger family and relational systems through the unconscious influence of what we call "systemic conscience"—the family soul and morphic fields that connect groups across space and time.

Through the constellation process, hidden loyalties, unresolved grief, trauma, exclusions, and entanglements can become visible and begin to move toward greater order and resolution.

Central to this work are what Bert Hellinger called the Orders of Love: the underlying organizing principles that either hinder love and life or allow them to thrive.

"Rather than focusing only on analysis or story, constellation work develops the capacity to perceive relational and systemic dynamics directly."

What to Expect

A Foundational Training

This program is designed as foundational training in Family and Systemic Constellations, offering both the theoretical understanding and practical experience necessary to begin facilitating constellation work.

Family Constellations are not simply a technique or intervention to be mastered quickly. They require ongoing practice, personal development, phenomenological sensitivity, and the gradual cultivation of systemic perception. In many ways, this work becomes a lifelong path of learning and growth.

This is an invitation for people who feel genuinely called to this work and who are willing to approach it with humility, curiosity, dedication, and respect for its depth.

Trainer and Facilitator

Lucian Schloss LMHC

"Love follows the natural orders and serves them. The expression of love happens when I acknowledge that the other has just as much right to belong to the greater whole as I have… A deep feeling of community develops out of this reciprocal affirmation. That's the love that reconciles."

— Bert Hellinger

Lucian Schloss

LMHC · Psychotherapist & Constellation Facilitator

Lucian Schloss has been a licensed psychotherapist since 2009, holding a Master of Arts in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. His practice integrates psychodynamic, humanistic, and transpersonal approaches, with a deep commitment to the healing power of systemic awareness.

He trained in Family and Systemic Constellation Facilitation with Jane Peterson and the Human-Systems-Institute, and has spent over a decade bringing this work to individuals, couples, and groups. He holds monthly workshops in the Hudson River Valley (Upstate NY) and New York City, and offers ongoing supervision and advanced training for Constellation facilitators and systemic practitioners.

Lucian's approach is grounded in phenomenology and the teachings of Bert Hellinger, while remaining alive to the many tributaries that feed this river — including trauma studies, ancestral healing, Inner Parts Work, and the contemplative traditions. He brings to each constellation a quality of quiet attention, allowing the field itself to guide the work.
